Born in El Salvador, and Outer Banks resident since 2013, Chef Alex is the reason why our foods will have a big Latin flavors influence.
At 26 years old, Alex has plenty of experience in the restaurant industry, mostly acquired while working with Alfredo Landazuri at Stripers for 5 years and Chef Tony Duman, head chef at the Brewing Station.
