Purchase your beach driving permit at the main desk on the second floor. Permits are $50 for Nags Head residents and $100 for all others and are valid in Nags Head town limits only. The Town of Nags Head offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Beach driving is permitted from October 1 through April 30. While you're getting your permit, take time to look at the fabulous artwork by many local artists displayed here.
