The Dunes & Grits Grill favorite, Zach Strader, a sophomore at ECU, loves to fish. So it's no surprise that he came in First Place for Biggest Fish and Biggest Bag at the Culpepper Bassaholics event last weekend, Saturday, June 19th, in Culpepper, Virginia. The Big Mouth Bass weighed in at 6 lbs. and netted the angler a cash prize in each event. (Great way to help pay for college.) The Dunes couldn't be happier. Zach, who lives in Wanchese, started working at The Dunes and now at both restaurants (Dunes & Grits Grill) last summer and on weekends throughout the winter when he wasn't at school. Way to go!
