Sea Chef Kitchen is the house restaurant at the new Oregon Inlet Fishing Center. Run by a father-son duo of chefs, it's a laid-back traditional fish shack with modern culinary influences. The menu includes soups and salads, shareables, burgers, shrimp burgers, fried platters, hushpuppies and specialties like an Outer Banks boil and seared rare tuna steak. Desserts include an old-fashioned banana pudding and the lemony O.I. Beach Pie. Sea Chef offers counter service with indoor and outdoor seating with fantastic views of the marina, sound and inlet. They also offer take-out and grab-and-go breakfasts for charters.
