Mahi Mahi’s Island Grill started as a local chef’s dream. After working in and opening different restaurants along the Outer Banks, Peruvian-born Chef Aldredo Landazuri now has a place of his own. Alfredo and his partners, Andrew and Leslie Mikhail, offer a new restaurant where customers can expect an affordable menu, quality ingredients and friendly service. The menu will feature American cuisine with a dash of Latin flavor and a strong emphasis on seafood. The restaurant opened May 2021 and in only a few months, they have been ranked the #1 Restaurant in Nags Head by TripAdvisor.
