Clouds then Sun -- Although it was cloudy early, the sun's out with blue skies now. Several anglers and bird watchers are giving it a go despite it being windy and cold! Wind NE at 21 knots. Air temp 45 degrees, ocean water temp 46. Low tide 10:22 a.m. Low 4:05 p.m.
