Hurray the cheese case is fully stocked! It’s been a long time since our cheese case has looked this good. With such limited product availability at the time, it’s been very difficult to acquire the high quality artisan cheeses we all love. Thankfully after months of waiting the time is finally here. Stop in any day of the week to shop our extensive selection of cheeses from all over the world! ???

TRiO will start welcoming guests inside to both our Market and Restaurant on Thursday, June 1 at 11 a.m. ... this also happens to be National Cheese Day....coincidence?

We have taken many steps to ensure the safety of our staff and our customers, including reduced capacity inside, added dining capacity outside on the patio and in the backyard, and a sanitizing station at the front door. All of our staff will be wearing masks and those handling food will be wearing gloves. We have also updated the menu, with seasonal items and oh so many wines by the glass from $6-$35. We will not be taking reservations at this time, but will have a texting system in place for those that must wait for a table. If you are waiting, we ask that you either spend the time in the market shopping or wait in or around your car. We are requiring all that enter the building to wear a mask until you are seated at your table. Thank you for your cooperation.....we look forward to serving you again soon!
